Expressing My Potential With Zero Regrets
Growing up on an island, I dreamed of freedom: to explore, question and express. And along the way I found freedom in the reality of doing it on my terms.

In the pursuit of purpose, I became a seeker of truth.
High-pressure roles and demanding careers brought me to the brink of exhaustion but
meditation opened up my horizons.
What began as a coping mechanism has become a core part of my lifestyle. Today, I blend coaching with intuition to guide transformation that lasts. My approach brings together strategy with spirit and evidence with experience because real change is holistic. And it starts from within.
This is the story of my why, when, where, what and how.
Brought to you with love, trust, ease and flow.
My Why
I’ve seen careers built at the cost of health, joy and peace of mind. Here’s what I’ve learnt: you can make money, build influence and succeed in countless ways. But the greatest asset is time. And the ROI on investing it wisely brings: success that doesn’t cost wellbeing.
You deserve both.

My What, Where, When and How
Roots Of My Inner Compass
I dreamed of becoming a ballerina, but I chose the freedom of the water. At 4, I started swimming lessons, which introduced me to coaching: my first experience of guidance, structure and perseverance. That led me to join the water-polo team and later become a lifeguard. A picture of a galaxy sparked my curiosity of the grandeur of our world. From a young age, I asked big questions about life, stood up for fairness, challenged authority when needed and read stories with fascination. Books and art were my world.

From Pain To Purpose
At 14, I realised that pain can be either destructive or constructive. I chose the latter. I observed my role-models inflict pain but I chose to learn from it. That shift -from victimhood to growth- was defining. I started earning some pocket money and found my self-expression in poetry. I dove into philosophy, which helped me make sense of the chaotic moments and informed my values. 'Νοῦς ὑγιής ἐν σώματι ὑγιεῖ' (A healthy mind in a healthy body), became a guiding principle. It shaped how I lived and related to others.

Cracked Open
At 16, I hit rock bottom and cracked open. I realised how much I love life. And if I wanted to truly live, I had to discover who I am and what makes me happy. That moment became the quiet beginning of a long journey. I was fascinated by ancient Greek philosophy and came across the Socratic method ("maieutic" approach) of helping others draw out the truth from within. These insights shaped the next decade of my life. They ignited the desire to become a journalist and still inspire my coaching style.

The Journalism Years
At 18, I went to study Informatics, Media and Communication, far away from home. A synchronistic moment - walking into a local TV station when the presenter called in sick - led to a live on-air audition and my first job in Media. I invested the next 11 years working in fast paced national and international organisations: news reporting, training journalists, interviewing state leaders, filming in conflict zones and giving a platform to unheard voices. I loved the mission, but the cost was high: no personal life, plenty of stress and an identity too tightly tied to work. A colleague’s death en route to a conflict zone ended my dream of being a war correspondent and nudged me towards a different path.

Intuition Took The Lead
Alongside my work, I expanded my knowledge on communication (verbal, non-verbal, non-violent), reconciliation and resolution after conflict, emotional safety, negotiations under pressure. During a particularly low moment, my chief editor -who had become a close friend and mentor- suggested I try meditation. I rolled my eyes. I genuinely believed nothing could help me. But I went along with it. I started meditating -inconsistently- in 2009. For the first time, I felt lighter within. That practice became a lifeline and overtime, enhanced my intuition. I made tough decisions like leaving a prestigious job and going back to my hometown - fairly illogical to most - guided by my inner GPS. Little did I know, this 'longing' was a purpose: supporting a loved one through a health crisis.

The Leap Abroad
Once health in the family was reestablished, I decided it was time to take the leap. I pressed play on a dream that was paused. Happy but not at ease, I let my logic take the lead and found myself in the UK. Admittedly not an ideal decision. Few months later, my heart led me to celebrate Christmas in the Netherlands, which kickstarted a new chapter. No plan, no budget, no market knowledge and an innate attachment to my professional identity. Yet, I dared to ask: Who am I without the title and recognition? I had to find out. Answering that required sharpening skills such as forgiveness, detachment and self-love. This is when energy work entered my life, meditation became a habit and identity work proved to be my lighthouse. On the professional front, I started from scratch. I worked in Retail and HoReCa for more than a year before I had clarity on what I bring to the table. Entered the corporate world at junior level and made my way up to leadership roles in Media, Tech and Cybersecurity. In hindsight, the start of this chapter could have been a lot smoother if I had the right guidance and support.

Coaching Takes Root
In a pivotal moment, I realised I’d been coaching all along: mentoring and supporting teams, sharing tools to ease stress, holding space for shifts and improving relation dynamics. A friend helped me see how excited I was when sharing people’s transformations. It was time to dive deeper into the neuroscience of habit formation, ancient practices backed by science and choose the best teachers to level up. Next step: test the waters and start my business. For a while, life was overwhelming: corporate job, entrepreneurship, global clients, demanding certifications - all at once. I knew I was playing with fire; if it wasn’t for self-awareness and practical tools, I would have burnt-out. I proved to be my best buddy in this challenge, respectful of my boundaries. Intuition said it was time to fully focus on my coaching work. So I did.

What Anchors My Work
The childhood dream of becoming a ballerina evolved into a reality rooted in presence and freedom to express all that I am. I’ve lived many lives. And across every role, I’ve studied what it means to be human: to lead, to break down, to rebuild. My sweet spot is where strategy meets instinct - where preparation meets flow. Family has always been my anchor; but my definition of it has expanded. Now, it’s a synonym for connection and shared humanity. My dream is to help 1 million leaders live and lead by expressing their full potential - without losing their edge. I envision happy workplaces where stress is a forgotten past and authenticity leads the way. Because when people feel calm within, it reflects in the outer world. Together, we can ensure next generations have a headstart in showing all their colours.

What’s Possible For You
My journey wasn’t linear and it definitely wasn’t quick. It took me decades of trial and error, deep inner work and rebuilding from the ground up. I did it without a roadmap and for the most part I did not know I could get professional support. Lucky for you, what I’ve lived, studied and now coach can guide you through your own turning point - without the overwhelm. I’ve walked through many of the same fires my clients face: self doubt, lack of confidence, bullying, harassment, grief, perfectionism. And I’ve prevented burnout, depression and chronic stress more than once. It all came down to: what leader do I want to be? And the importance of doing it with empathy. Whether you're leading others or realigning with yourself, we’ll make sure you do that in a way that feels true, sustainable and fully yours.

My Vision
Empower 1 million leaders to live and lead by expressing their full potential with zero regrets and create workplaces where innovation leads and stress takes the backseat.
